Our Mission

    Tamil Nadu Polytechnic College, Madurai is a post secondary co-educational technical Institute adopting a holistic approach for offering competency based Diploma and Post – Diploma level Courses, Non-formal Education and Skill training programs to meet the changing needs of business, industry, unemployed and socially disadvantaged youth, in both rural and urban areas through environmentally sound up-to-date curriculum, counselling, career development and placement services.
    The Polytechnic College enhances the competency profile of the employed, unemployed, physically and socially disadvantaged youth both in rural and urban sectors through apt and appropriate value additions deploying environmentally sound up-to-date curriculum, counselling, career guidance and placement services.
    We develop the human resources needed by industries through flexible modes of delivery including Full time, Part – time, Sandwich and Continuing Education programs in the state of art equipment and through testing and consultancy services.
    We are to build close links and partnerships with the local industries and the community.
    We believe in quality through excellence in our practice of equity, accessibility, faculty development, high ethical & moral standards and care for our student’s healthy bodies and practice of good citizenship, while adopting a participatory and information – sharing approach in all our activities.
